Deliverimates LLC uses Sortd, provided by JNS RE Holdings LLC doing business as Automate Boring, to communicate with job applicants, candidates, employees, drivers, and delivery operations personnel. Deliverimates LLC is the sender responsible for its hiring and dispatch messages.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information; application and interview details; scheduling preferences; message content; opt-in, opt-out, and consent records; delivery status; and operational responses provided by text or through Sortd.

How information is used

We use this information for recruiting, interviews, onboarding, work scheduling, dispatch changes, route support, timecard and payroll corrections, safety, human resources, and compliance notices, and to process HELP and STOP requests.

Mobile information and consent

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or rented and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They may be shared only with service providers supporting the requested messaging, under confidentiality and use restrictions.

Twilio provides message delivery. JNS RE Holdings LLC doing business as Automate Boring provides Sortd. Hosting and security providers may also assist in operating and protecting these services. We retain records only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
